Barbara Pogacnik, 1973, slovenian poet, translator & literary critic, graduated in Romance philology from Universite Catholique de Louvain in Belgium, completed her МА at the Sorbonne in Paris. She is the author of Poplave (Inundations, 2007), V mnozici izgubljeni papir (Sheets of Paper Lost in the Crowd, 2008), Modrina hise /Тhе Вluе of the House (2013), the selected poems Funia Luni lunie (Bucarest, 2013), forthcoming are Stopinje ро rizu (Footsteps on rice) and Alica in plasCi (Alice and the coats). Her poems are included in several anthologies (in French, English, Polish, Czech, Spanish, Hebrew, Dutch), have been
translated into more than 25 languages and made into music.
