Slavica Gadžova (Bitola, Macedonia) , poet, researcher, essayist, polyglot, cosmopolitan and traveler. Slavica Gadžova got MA in Philology Sciences and she is PhD candidate at the Faculty of Philology ‘Blaze Koneski’ – Skopje. Works as external associate at the Faculty of Philosophy at the ‘Constantine the Philosopher University ‘ in Nitra, Slovak Republic. Her research interest include the following topics: the relationships between literature and discourses of power, the representations of political violence in literature, the relations power-knowledge-truth within fiction, the intermedial relations between the novel and the film. She published more than 30 literary studies, essays and reviews in periodicals in the country and abroad.

Slavica Gadžova (Bitola, Macedonia) , poet, researcher, essayist, polyglot, cosmopolitan and traveler. Slavica Gadžova got MA in Philology Sciences and she is PhD candidate at the Faculty of Philology ‘Blaze Koneski’ – Skopje. Works as external associate at the Faculty of Philosophy at the ‘Constantine the Philosopher University ‘ in Nitra, Slovak Republic. She writes poetry and short stories and has been winner of several national awards (including an award for a short story ‘Nova Makedonija’, awards for essays Blaze Koneski, Faculty of Philology ‘Blaze Koneski’ – Skopje and the magazine ‘Roots’ from Kumanovo) . She participated in the Struga Poetry Evenings (2008,2010 and 2012) , the alternative art festival Frick (2010) and World Poetry Movement (2011) . In SPE 2012 she received the new established award “Enhalon” for best poem written by young Macedonian author, for the poem ‘Letter 12, ‘ from her poetry book Letters (2012) , published by PNV Publications – Skopje. Slavica Gadžova speaks eight languages and collaborates with several publishing houses as a literary translator.
